What you can use tonight without signing up

• Self exclusion registers such as GAMSTOP (UK) and BetStop (Australia) are free, but they do ask for identity details. They are worth it, and they are a separate step.
• Helplines need no sign up at all. Calling or texting is free and open all hours.

What stays on your phone

Your number, your reason and your person stay on your own phone. Nothing you type is sent to us. A free account is optional, and only useful if you want your count of nights held to follow you to a new phone.
